Folder Combine Wizard creates sample file queries but does not generate final combined query

You are using the new Power Query experience correct? I can confirm that this error is happening in the new power query experience for folder.

This is a know error by MSFT and they are working on the new Power query experience and trying to solve this since it's in previe errors are expected.
For now for the folder option you still need to revert back to the previous Power Query Experience and everything should work properly.
