Dear All, I have published my dashboard but focus mode does not let me to expand the charts / graphs in a focus mode. could you please advise?

I cannot reprodue your issue.
Could you please check if you have disabled the option "Hide visual header in reading view"?
After re-enabling it and re-publishing it to the service, it all came back to function.
If it still does not help, please provide more details.

thank you very much. this worked for me. enabling the visual header fixed the issue.

When I publish my dashboard in the web format. Users cant view the graphs in a focus mode. That icon doesnt appear on for them to zoom in to the visual.
Focus mode works in desktop version, however gets disabled when you open it in publish mode.
