Focus Modes Not Showing Negative Values on Bar Chart and Not Middle of the Page

Is this the default of the focus mode or there are ways to address my issues written on the subject?

Based on the testing, when selecting focus mode, it is possible to show negative values on the bar chart. Try to check that no filter is applied to exclude negative values.
