Flip the waterfall

hi everyone,

I am preparing a waterfall comparing BUD vs ACT.
I would like to start with Budget and end with Actual. However the waterfall is always starting with ACT and ends with BUD. Am I doing something incorrect? Can someone please guide me how to fix this. Below is a picture for reference. Thanks
