Flip/Mirror/Rotate a Parallelogram Shaped Button

Question

Hi All,I have created a parallelogram shaped button which looks like this:&nbsp;&nbsp;I would like a create similar button but flipped so it looks like this:&nbsp;&nbsp;I haven't been able to achieve this using any of the Rotation formatting options.&nbsp;I would like the button to change colour upon hovering and clicking, so I haven't been able to use it as an image.&nbsp;Does anyone know of a way to achieve this result?&nbsp;
