Flag Based on Issue text
Hello everyone,
Can PBI flag a case as an issue based on "Problem" mentioned in the data.
In the below example,
Machine:233 Victor has created 2 cases for the same problem (BIOS) hence flag=1,
Machine:301 Harveyhas created 2 cases for the similar problem (contains Paper Jam) hence flag=1,
Machine:423 Chris has created 2 cases for different problems hence flag=0

Thanks for offering help. Since this is a complicated logic, I had to code the logic in Python.
