Fix to Slicer Data

Hello.

İ have one silcer and multirow card. there are 8 brands in my slicer.And there are brands and km in my multi row card. I want to compare with other brands in multi-row card so ı wana fix my brand in slicer and my card.How can ı do it?. I tried power slicer but i dont like design.
