If you have found suitable solutions, please share them as it will help more users with similar problems.
As lbendlin suggested, could you please provide some screenshots of the data or a pbix test file that doesn't contain sensitive data.Measure's calculations may be incorrect due to incorrect filtering conditions in the calculation environment. If you can provide the corresponding pbix file and show the relationship, it will help to solve your problem (to determine where the filtering error occurs).
