Fiscal year forecasting analytics
OK, here goes...
Have your Fiscal year column as whole number.
Select the column and in the Format window type in your FY format. In my case "FY"00 to get
Even though it looks like the column is now type text, it is actually still a whole number. You can now use the column in the axis and add the forecast :

I don't have acces to Desktop, but won't including the date field and Fiscal Year on the axis work? And the drill down to FY?
The moment I add FY to the axis, the Forecast functionality gets disabled.
