Fiscal Calendar
I am trying to build a fiscal calendar that can be used as a template for all reports. However, I don't know how to build this all the way back to 1999.

I'm not so clear about your requirement, can you please share some dummy data with a similar data structure and expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
