First transaction of the week by customer - calculated column

Hi everyone, I am wanting to create a calculated column where I want to locate the first rowcount of the week for every individual customer, and mark it with a "0". Then for all other counts till the end of the week to be marked as "1". 

I also have a week column based off the weeknum function which starts on a Monday.

I want the result to look like the Orders column below

You can try the following methods.

Weeknum = WEEKNUM([Date],2)

Order = 
Var _minweekdate=CALCULATE(MIN('Table'[Date]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Customer],'Table'[Weeknum]))
Return
IF([Date]=_minweekdate,0,1)
