    You could try the calculated column below.

    Column =
CALCULATE (
    MAX ( 'Table1'[SKU] ),
    FILTER (
        'Table1',
        'Table1'[Rank] = MIN ( 'Table1'[Rank] )
            && 'Table1'[Customer ID] = EARLIER ( Table1[Customer ID] )
    )
)

    Here is the output.
