First Date & Time of the "Number"

I want to find the first country in result from the first Date & Time of the each "Number".

@gauravnarchal , Not very clear from your file and description. If the country's driving number and date or reference no.

One Idea was to have Rank(Column) based no or date another one is using firstnonblankvalue

Hi @amitchandak 

For each "Number" there are multiple countries with different date and time. I want to filter the first country that is with first date and time.

See below screenshot, in which Number 2855526352 is having 2 countries Singapore and Thailand.

I want the result to show only Singapore as the first date is 2/1/2019 4:00:00PM

Do you think I can achive this with a measure?
