Finding the difference between accumulative numbers

Kia ora rā,

 

I am working on a report which has given accumulative numbers for the last 3 years, I want to see the actual growth in numbers per financial quarter.

 

 

Can somebody please share  measure that I could use to show the actual numbers for each quarter as opposed to the whole number for the year?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
