Finding it difficult to run power BI on my pc

I just finished downloading and installing power BI on my pc, when I try run it, it say   - A connection cannot be made, Ensure that the server is running, please how do I go about this issue

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling another version of Power BI?

• latest version(11/28/2022) of Power BI Desktop from the Download Center
• Power BI Desktop from the Microsoft Store
• Previous versions of Power BI Desktop

Make sure that Windows Defender firewall is not blocking PowerBI communication.

I have uninstalled and downloaded the newer version yet I couldn't run the power BI and for the firewall please guide me on how to check if my windows defender is not blocking power Bi communication. Thank you, anticipating your response

Thank you is working now, initially I added power BI and immediately run it but after I rebooted my pc, is working now
