    These are the formulas I used to reach my desired result.

CALCULATE (
    MAXX (
        SUMMARIZE (
            ALLSELECTED ( AllPerfMnthly[Portfolio] ),
            [Portfolio],
            "ABCD", MIN ( AllPerfMnthly[Date] )
        ),
        [ABCD]
    ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( AllPerfMnthly, AllPerfMnthly[Portfolio] )
)

InceptionDate =
CALCULATE (
    FIRSTNONBLANK ( AllPerfMnthly[Date], AllPerfMnthly[Date] ),
