Finding a common relationship ID between tables
Hello,
i need to create a relationship between 2 of my tables "System users" and "Phonecalls" to see how many phonecalls each user is making. However neither of the tables have an ID value that is the same that i can tie them together with.
I've tried using "System user name" from the system user table and linking this to the "Phonecall Name" value from the phonecall table which does work provided the names dont come through cached in the "Phonecalls" table. I'm finding at the moment that because some users name are coming through cached, the relationship is not working.
can anyone give me an insight into how to resolve this?
thanks!
