Finding a Table Visual that groups a top level item

Table visual doesn't support that. You can use Matrix to get a similar result. In the matrix, you need to put all these four columns on rows. Then expand it to the lowest hierarchy. Turn off +/- icons and Stepped layout under Row headers.

that doesnt give me what I want. It just steps everything and only shows the title of the first column.
It now makes no sense as a visual. Surely there must be something in Power BI that allows you to to this?
Hi DebbieE Did you turn off the "Stepped layout" option?
Ahhh I had missed the last step. Thats definitely getting there now as something we can use
