Find which users have access to a report. Not when they accessed it. * Multiple reports/dashboards.

Hi gurus

We have 4 Workspaces (all of them "Pro") which house 5-15 Dashboards each.

Is there an easy way to check which users have access to each report/dashboard WITHOUT havign to click one by one on each to "manage permisions" tab?

*At the moment, not interested in finding what RLS each user has, althouh that would be great.

Have you come across something like this before? How did you manage it?

@IoannisT ,

Ok got it.

I think then in that case, the access will be maintained individually for the datasets pointing to reports. You can try using the below API, that returns the User List for the reports in the workspace.

You will have to input the workspaceid and datasetid in the api

@IoannisT ,

You can get the User list having access to a Power BI workspace using REST APIs. The Below link gives you the details on the same

Hi @Thejeswar

Thanks for your reply.

My understanding for this is that it will only return users in the workspace.

We have a workspace where only 5 users are admins in the workspace (as a whole), and then for each report, we manage individually users to only have access to that specific report.

Would your suggestion work for that scenario?
