Find the latest value for specific category - Column

Hello!
I've created a basic model with simplified my requirements.
I have a table, which contains the project ID with the specified stage of every project.
This is how my sample model looks like.

In my final model, I have only 3 first columns.

I have to achieve a column like "Latest Project Manager" via the DAX column - this can't be measure or Power Query.

I've attached my sample .pbix

@MasterData77  Create a DAX COlumn like below:

Column = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[Manager]), FILTER('Table','Table'[Proj ID]=EARLIER('Table'[Proj ID])))
