Find max date for each year

Dear,

 

I would like to have a DAX code able to return me the Max date for each year. Example as below:

change the start date to date type

 

then create a column

 

output = if('Table'[startdate]=maxx(FILTER('Table',year('Table'[startdate])=year(EARLIER('Table'[startdate]))),'Table'[startdate]),'Table'[startdate])
