Find and Replace

I need to replace the APC_KPI with KPI Standard Name in PI Tags. there is no connection between the 2 tables.

Following is the link to PBIX file:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K2s5AQ2pwoO8m_ZolQEtQ0qjnmFIj_rO/view?usp=sharing

Example:

"DMC.U250DSLBLND_APC.AdjustedUptime.CALC_APC" value should be changed to "DMC.U250DSLBLND_APC.Adjusted Uptime (%).CALC_APC"
