Find Percentages above a certain value

Hello people, Could someone help me? Please!

What could be wrong with the measure below?

COUNTX(fCompras,IF([Negociação no Prazo (Percentual)]>0.6,0,1))

I want to see how many "Negociações OnTime" are above %60 for each "Comprador"Screenshot (226).png

Hello

So in the Acima column 60% of your visual, do you want to see 1,0,0,0 and the total as a sum, that is, 1? Also, is OnTime Trading a measure?

@Ashish_Mathur I managed to solve using this

SUMX(
VALUES(dCalendario[Year/Month]),
CALCULATE(IF(DIVIDE,[Total Requisition])>0.6,1,0))

Thank you so much
