    Hi Covington 

     

    Not sure if I understood the requirement, but try this code, it will return true if there is more then one address variation per tag.

     

    Column = 
CALCULATE( 
    DISTINCTCOUNT( YourTable[Address] ), 
    ALLEXCEPT( YourTable, YourTable[Tag] ) 
) > 1
