Financial Year Hierarchy

Hi there, 

Trying to create a visual with a Financial Year Hierarchy. 

I can create a Financial Year Hierarchy Table. However, I need to join/relationship them else the measure for volume does not work. 

Will I need to create a similar measure looking at the Financial Year Hierarchy Table linked to the fact table or ?

Main reason is to see the Qtr currently showing Qtr1 for Jan and Feb where it should be Qtr4. The Financial year starts in March thus Qtr1 should show March, April...

Please let my know if anyone can assist.
