Filtration on Measures

Dear All!

We have thousands of Materials with their prices over the time (Since 3 Years ago and continuing...) like below:

We have another table includes 8 measures (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 1 Quarter, 6 Months, 1 Year, 2 Years and 3 Years) which shows the price differential PERCENTAGE during the mentioned measures,

Now, we need showing the Specific Materials with specific price differential during the specific time duration, like below:

e.g. If I insert (-20) in the Min Percent and (10) in the Max. Percent and select (Week) in Duration fields, it should list all the materials that their price have been changed from (-20%) to (10%) in the past (Week).

Or:

If I insert (-5) in the Min Percent and (0) in the Max. Percent and select (Month) in Duration fields, it should list all the materials that their price have been decreased up to 5%  in the past (Month).
