Filters not working properly
I have a table visual and a date slicer with 3 years -2024, 2025, 2026.
On page 1 - Table, slicer is showing only years 2025 and 2026. But if I copy and paste these visuals to another page, then it shows 2024 as well for the same visual! I checked all the filters in the filter pane but I have not applied any additional filter on any page using the filter pane.
How could this be??
Please help!! I have a presentation coming up and I do not know how to explain this.

This can not just be filters there are other factors which can impact the visuals, Please do below checks
- Check if visual interactions are implacting your visuals (Turn on/off interaction as per requirement)
- Turn on show items with no data (Format → Values)
- Check hidden filters
- Visual-level filters on the table
- Sync slicers
- Page-level filters
- Go to View -> selection and check if there's any hidden filter which is getting applied
- Relationship/Data model issue -> check your relationships are set up correctly, if you are using dates from separate tables it's adviced to create a separate date table and use dates from that table by creating correct relationships with fact/dimension tables
- Bookmarks can be another reason -> check that bookmarks are not messing up the visuals

Let’s keep building smarter solutions together!When you copied and pasted the slicer to another page, a window should have appeared asking if you wanted to sync the slicer.
If you copied the slicer with the setting to not sync, then it's natural that 2024 is displayed.
Conversely, why isn't 2024 displayed on Page 1?

From my own experience-
Please check Filter pane for all the visuals on page 1. There might be a filter applied somewhere.
Above solved my issue then. It was simple yet it took so much of my time.
Please check if that is the case.

Check if you have a hidden slicer - hidden visually or being overlayed by another visual or a shape.
You probably have a page filter on Page 1 which de-select 2024 or you might have a hidden slicer on the page which you cannot see. To find out, open the selection page and check whether is there any hidden slicer visual.
