I received three deposits in an account. Deposit 1 was 10M on December 30th 2019, Deposit 2 was 5M on June 29th 2020 and Deposit 3 was 4.25M on July 20th 2020. Anytime A deposit hits the account the entire Deposit must be spent within 31 months. I would like to create a gauge that allows me to track the spending of the money by all three Deposits. The money must be spent in order of receipt so I cant spend Deposit 2 until deposit 1 is spent and I cant spend deposit 3 until deposit 2 is spent. I would like to create a filter that allows me to view spend by all 3 Deposits. For example to date we have spent 3million dollars so when I select Deposit 1 in the filter I would see a spend of 3 million and a target of 10 million(see example below) and when I select Deposit 2 I would see 0 spend and a target of 5million because we are still spending deposit 1 (see example below). Any thoughts on how I can do this?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
