Filtering out / method of removing data for a report

i I have a report where i need the following not to be shown.

Background

Under BIlling I have 4 options Booking , Corporate , Portal sales , Reception sales and under Ship ID i have various ships  6 , 5 , 26 etc etc

What I need

I want to the report to show me billing type is not corporate and under the following ships IDs 6, 35,28, 32, 42 , 5 or 62. When i use the page filter option as shown in the image below . the Ship IDs mentioned aboved is also removed from the report but what i need is only for the CORPORATE to be removed from those ships IDs.

Should I use a SUMIF or IF formula ? Not sure how to go about it

Can someone please help me with this

  • Anonymous not sure I understood your request correctly. If you filtered on corporate why you are also filtering on "ship id". Did you tried using not to filter "ship id"

as best practice please share sample data and expected result to get your answer quickly.

      Hi Parry parry2k

Well my question is I want to know how to get a report which shows all data that is  not billing type "coroporate" under the following ships ids of  6, 35,28, 32, 42 , 5 or 62.

Because under these ships there are other billing types such as portal sales, reception  and booking which I need the data to be visible.

Hope I am a bit clear now
