Filtering months in a report

Hi 

Got a report that has quarterly balance sheet numbers, so want to show the final month of the quarter within the numbers. But where it falls as April as the last month in the quarter i want these balances to also pull through and update each month till Final quarter month hits. Ie in the example below: Show March Q1 2024 and April Q2 2024. Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

    I cannot understand what effect you are trying to get. Could you please provide me with some sample data and the desired results based on these sample data? That would be very helpful.
