Is that a what-if parameter?
You can create a measure for filtering.
Measure = IF(SUM('Table'[Value])>=[CA Minimum Value],1)Put the measure into the visual-level filters, set up show items when the value is 1.
When you set the value in the slicer is 3, the results is as follows.
You can create the measure similar to mine above to filter your data.
