Filtering down by year when more than one relationship needs to be applied

HI all   I have a slight issue filtering down year between two tables in a rather complex report.   I have 3 tables shown bellow: Currently the join between the budget and the working days...

Basically I need to use 2 slicers at once at the same time the Ammended Data as a year slicer and the Date as a normal date slicer.
