Filtering data set by sales

Hi all, 

I have a list of accessories that come with products that customers buy. I created an accessory tab, where when you click on the product you have accessories pop up in that tab. My problem is that I want to narrow down this list based on the part description of each accessory.

So I have the sales data of each part, I would like to be able to filter it based on the TOP sales in 2023, for EACH part description. So in this example, there are multiple "terminal marking." I would like to filter it so it is only one option of terminal marking, and that option be the highest sale option. So it would be the row that has $53,498 in sales this year. (also in the final product I do not want people to be able to see the sales data, this is just for clarification purposes)

If someone could help me solve this, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
