When I click on a part of my ring chart it opens the data table, I would like to have the filtering function again when I click on the ring part. Same in other graphs. Can anyone help me?
Best regards
Johannes

Hi @JohannesBier ,
Hope you are doing well.
According to your case description and the information provided, we may understand that You did not implement the filtering function when you clicked the Donut chart, and you want to implement this function, such as filtering the visual objects of the current page after clicking a part of the Donut chart.
I did the following and analyzed the possible reasons why the filtering function was not implemented when clicking the Donut chart:
1. Put Last Year Sales into "Values" and display them in categories according to Category. Put a column with a hierarchical structure, such as the Month field in this example, into "Legend".
2. Next, when you select the Donut chart visual object, you can see an icon in the upper right corner.
If its background color is gray, it means that you have enabled the Drill down function. At this time, when you click on a part of the Donut chart, it will not be filtered, but the data will be displayed in descending order according to the Month hierarchy.
If its background color is white, then you can click on part of the Donut chart to filter the visual objects of the current page.
All in all, please carefully check the background color of the icon in the upper right corner of the Donut chart visual object. If it is gray, the filtering function cannot be used, and if it is white, the filtering function can be used.
I would be very grateful if you have more questions please provide me with more detailed data such as your Power BI Desktop files.
Best Regards,
Yang

Hello,
Thank you very much for this detailed solution. I was able to figure it out. I have a different version of PowerBI, so I think I don't have this icon. But now it works.
Best regards
Johannes
