you can do this in some ways.
1. use SUM in measure and use slicer to choose selection
Total Sales = SUM('Table'[Sales])
2. use FILTER in measure
Total Sales 2 =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Table'[Sales]),
FILTER(
'Table',
(
'Table'[Product]="Apple"||'Table'[Product]="Banana"
)&&
(
'Table'[Customer]="ABC"||'Table'[Customer]="XYZ"
)
)
