Use a single slicer for a dynamic and user-friendly filtering interface for multiple columns in Power BI, especially if you have a large number of columns. Power BI doesn't natively support dynamically adjusting the value of a selected column.
You can explore Power BI's custom visuals in the marketplace. Some custom visuals might offer more advanced filtering capabilities that are closer to what you're looking for.

PBI is lacking in so many ways. If something works in other products why not use it?
