Hi stacey ,

I am thinking those actually arent blank cells. But try this:

=
IF (
    ISBLANK ( 'table'[NextMileStone] )
        || 'table'[NextMileStone] = "",
    BLANK (),
    DATEDIFF ( TODAY (), 'Table'[Next Date], DAY )
)

      What does the calculated column show in data view? Please also show those colums in Power Query.
