Filter with conditions

I try to create a matrix which shows account groups  except the one account group selected in the slicer (this part I was able to do). Second part is that the matrix should however filter the remaining accounts and should show only those which have the same employees assigned as the in the slicer selected account group.

So, I select Account Group 1 in the slicer and the matrix should shiw me all account groups except account group 1 and only those which have the same employee assigned as account group 1. 

Would be happy if anyone can help me.

@Ashish_Mathur  thank you for your file which was aready very helpful. At the moment I am struggling because in my use case more than one employee assigned to one account group so I have to adjust the measures with have currently MAX, but I always fail. I also tried wit treatas but it does not give the expected results. Do you have any advice for me? thank you!

I cannot understand your requirment at all.  Share data in a format that can be pasted in an MS Excel file.  Show the expected result very clearly.
