Filter the Table Visual by Card Visual Value

Hi 
How to filter the table on the basis of Card visual value, 
Like as shown below, 
The desired outputs must be the rows of data where Area value is 6 only.
 Dimension 1 and Dimension 2 are made from New Parameter slicer with single value selection. 

OR 
Can we get the Product of Dimensions that is Dimension1 * Dimension2 on Card and same value should filter the table with a tolerance range of (+,-) 5%

@PowerBi_Xandar , I doubt you can pass the dimension value from card to table. But there was a trick used for drill through, see if the same can work for drill down
