Is there a way to add filter option in colomn header to show only filtered Table instead of adding slicer for each category ?
Example, in following table instead of creating three different slicers to filter table based on entity - Selection/Quantity /Task, add filter option in colomn header itself
Selection | Quantity | Task |
To do List | 1 | finish |
Shopping | 3 | Ongoing |
School Work | 1 | finish |
Home | 2 | Ongoing |

Hi , @tanvi_m
Based on my research, you can achieve it easier in excel using function of “filter” but it is not supported yet currently in PowerBi.
Maybe you can try to use “filters ” Pane to achieve similar filtering effect without slicer.
For more details ,please refer to this article Add a filter to a report in Power BI .
In addition ,you can come up with a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.

In the current Power BI you will be banging your head on the wall. You should probably try to implement this in some other environment.
What is the basis of your decision not to use slicers ?
