Filter summary on SSAS direct connection reports

Hi all,

I've tried to search for similar contents, not finding so much topics.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to produce a filter summary into a SSAS Direct Connection report, as there is no data enrichment option to take over in this kind of reporting.

 

Has anyone find a way to achieve this or the only way is to migrate reports to SSAS Tabular?

    arcellie , Not very clear, but in the case of SSAS, there no access to edit query. Tranformation has to be done in SSAS.

      Hi amitchandak ,

      Using filters, such as slicers and static filters, sometimes can make end users a bit lost in the navigation.

      I'm thinking about a visual or a textbox with the summary of all filters applied to the page. Pretty sure this can be done using DAX, but as you said, no transformations in SSAS DIrect Connection mode.
