Filter slicer by another visual

Hi,

 

I have a question about the case below. 

 

I have two visuals, slicer and table, columns presented there become from the same table. What I have noticed is that when I click on table the slicer is not being filtered, when clisk on slicer the table is filtered. 

 

I there any option that will allow me to filter the slicer by selection in table/matrix ? Interactions are set properly as we can see.

    Hi Marcin 

     

    Sorry, you will not be able to filter slicers by another visual as it's not being refreshed in the same way as other visuals are.

      Hi Mariusz ,

       

      thank you for information, do you have maybe any idea of workaround for example a measure that can be used in visual level on slicer which will filter that slicer accoring to matrix/table selection ?

        Hi Marcin 

         

        Not that I can think of, but you can use other visuals instead of Slicer to get the desired behaviour.
