    Hi VipinReddy 

    You can make the following adjustments on parry2k's measure,

     

    Project Selected = IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Project Status] ) = "Completed", 1,0 )

     

    then put the measure into the visual level filter,

    result
