Filter rows on two date slicers and preconditions.

I want to filter the rows with two conditions in report view.

First one: IncomeBalance = "Balance" && date =range ?

Second one: IncomeBalance = "Income" and date = range?

The two date ranges are different and difined by users in slicers.
