Filter rows by OK or KO STATUS

Source Community: Power BI Spanish | Source Author Name: Giovanny

Hi, I'm starting with Power BI, and I have this dilemma, I have a table resulting from a Microsoft Form, where I have data like description, family, and audit status, my question is as follows:

What sentence I can use to separate the audoria status column into two columns, to then apply filters and statistics, thank you very much, and excuse me that it is a very simple query.

I have to clarify that I have more than 5 columns combined, and I thought that there is the problem. Thank you

If I generate a column graph with the amount (by count) of OK records and KO tells me equal amounts, I understand that it is a problem with the model, but I am trying to correct the data, but I always get the same amount.

Thanks a lot.!
