    Hi imranamikhan ,

     

    Please check if this could meet your requirments:

    Measure =
VAR MostRencentTime =
    CALCULATE (
        MAX ( 'Table'[RecordTimeStamp] ),
        ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[Task ID] )
    )
RETURN
    IF ( MostRencentTime = MAX ( 'Table'[RecordTimeStamp] ), 1, 0 )
