Filter purchases before and after a specific date

Hi all,

 

I have two data sources:

 

1.  Master Service Tracker

2.  Consumables Purchases

 

The first is a list of specific customers, and the date on which each of their services was completed, while the second is a longer list of ANY customers who purchased consumables with the company for any reason.  I'm trying to filter the second list to ONLY those customers in the first, and to show me their total purchases 6 months before vs 6 months after the date specified in the "master service tracker" data.  Any thoughts on how this can be done?
