Filter pane doubt

What are the numbers that appear near the fields in the filter pane (Red arrow highlighted in the photo below).

    That is the number of records in your dataset for that column.  You should have 020-Mens should have 47,258 records

      Is there a way to switch it off? Users tend to get very confused with those numbers. I'm guessing that's not possible yet in Power BI.

        The only thing that I can think of is to create the filter by using a slicer.
