Hi,
Im workin on a requirement that...
Requirement:
From the above table i want to get the participant name who did not attempeted the test( the value for respective columns is empty).
All the above columns(Domains--1.Introduction,2.,3.,..........12.Mock (ALL THESE ARE DIFFERENT COLUMNS)) are of whole number except Participant Name.
Outcome:

Dheeraj I would highly recommend unpivoting your columns by right-clicking on Participant column and then choosing Unpivot other columns. Then this should be fairly trivial. Otherwise, you will need to use something like MC Aggregations - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/Multi-Column-Aggregations-MC-Aggregations/m-p/391698#M129

Dheeraj ,
Use ALLNOBLANKROW
if (ALLNOBLANKROW(Table)+0 =0,1,0), if the visual or summarize you take this measure by the candidate that will candidate has not given any exam
COUNTBLANK(Table[Exam name]) will candidate count not given exam
