Filter out in DAX measure

Hi Community,

I would like to ask your help in finding a way to the following:

1)* I have ONE measure that calculates all Distinct count of References that have a particular technologie within their profile.

2)* And I have ONE measure that calculates all references with all technologies in the universe that do not have that particular technologie in their profile.

Examples:

1)

M_Count_Tech_Adelia&RPG =
VAR Adelia = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Sourcing[Reference]);
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[Tech] = "Adélia");
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[XLS] = "XLS")
)
VAR RPG = CALCULATE(
DISTINCTCOUNT(Sourcing[Reference]);
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[Tech] = "RPG");
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[XLS] = "XLS")
)
RETURN
Adelia + RPG

============================================

2)

M_Count_Tech_Adelia&RPG =
VAR Adelia = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Sourcing[Reference]);
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[Tech] <> "Adélia");
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[XLS] = "XLS")
)
VAR RPG = CALCULATE(
DISTINCTCOUNT(Sourcing[Reference]);
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[Tech] <> "RPG");
FILTER(Sourcing; Sourcing[XLS] = "XLS")
)
RETURN
Adelia + RPG

============================================

Basically,

I would like to have 1 measure to count all with particular techs and one to count the remainder that dont have those tech.

Thank you.

N
